Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, used skincare, opened makeup, and personal care products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof via email, and we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
