4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful placement on our website
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method
  • Masion Glow reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, fraudulent, or unverifiable orders
  • By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan within 3–7 working days
  • Shipping charges apply as stated at checkout
  • Free shipping is available on orders above the stated minimum order value
  • Masion Glow is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging
  • Used, opened, or damaged-by-customer products are not eligible for return
  • Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof via WhatsApp
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Masion Glow reserves the right to refuse a return if conditions are not met

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details
  • If a parcel is undeliverable due to wrong address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply
  • Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately
